• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize GP marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Lead promotional activities for the events.
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
  • Hire and train creative talent for advertising department.
  • Placed advertisements in appropriate media, including television and online social media.
  • Continue education in digital advertising and identify new strategies and tactics to maximize brand visibility.
  • Collect all artwork on time and approve for publication.
  • Measure the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and cost-benefit ratio.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook and Twitter timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Assist the management in strategic decision making involving long term product and marketing strategy for local markets.
  • Be in close contact with sales team and distributor’s so that their marketing problems can be identified and resolved.
  • Any other related job as may be assigned by the CEO.
