1. Assist in developing product promotions strategy for the assigned brand.
  2. Partner with Brand Leader to gather and analyze insights and information from external sources such as market research and advisory boards and internal sources such as the sales force and lubricants affairs.
  3. Lead the planning and tactical implementation for a specific customer segment and/or channel. Develop objectives then create and implement a tactical plan to deliver on those objectives.
  4. Developing the strategy for promoting GP Lubricants in line with company objectives.
  5. Track day to day performance of the distributors/dealers in close coordination with the company management.
  6. Develop strong relationship with sales force. Partner with sales training to ensure understanding and implementation of brand tactics.
  7. Coordinate with sales training in sales meeting workshop development and implementation. conduct periodic field rides.
  8. Identify area of improvements/competitors/strength/weakness and report management of the company.
  9. Identify new dealers in the area and contribute to the business growth of the company.
  10. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  11. Communicate with senior management about product promotions initiatives and brainstorm fresh strategies.
  12. Stay up to date on the current market trends.
  13. Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
  14. Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
  15. Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
  16. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal functional areas.

Required Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in the related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Product promotions, Lubricants preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills in Urdu and English
  • Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
  • Aware of the latest market trends
  • Age 25 +
