We seek candidates for the position of Manager IT Customer Services in the IT Customer Services Section of the Information Technology Department. The position is based in Islamabad and reports to the Senior Manager IT Customer Services. IT Customer Services (Formerly known as Help Desk) is responsible for the customer services operations and serves as the first point of contact to the Mobilink users for computing and networking problems. Brief job description and candidate profile is given below: Job Description:

• Supervise the IT Customer Services teams located in North, South and Central regions • Perform customer satisfaction surveys and monitor ‘satisfction index’ • Organize/conduct workshops and trainings for Service Desk teams to promote technical and customer service skills • Provide statistical analysis for trend analysis and report performance based on ‘Service Level Agreement’ • Maintain documentation on policies, procedures, code of conduct related to IT Customer support • Prepare and distribute informational ad promotional material within ITCS teams and Mobilink Users • Maintain software and computer equipment inventory and repair records of the latter • Provide phone and in-person support to users in-case of escalations/repeated complaints
