The Ideal Candidate will be monitoring the smooth running of computer systems and network and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them.
Responsibilities:
Individual tasks vary depending on the requirement of time but one will need to,
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replace parts as required.
• Ensure network security and Data Protection.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot Wi-Fi Connectivity.
• Previous experience in an IT & helpdesk role
• The ability to prioritize your workload.
