Opening is for an energetic individual who will remotely recruit technical resources in Embedded Systems and IT domains for our clients in the United States. Both the clients and candidates are located in the US. Successful candidates will have significant demonstrated experience in similar positions and/or will have been directly involved in recruitment technical resources in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Review client requirements and build good relationships with them
- Post positions on various Job search sites and social media
- Search for candidates on LinkedIn and through social media
- Manage applicants in Applicants Tracking System
- Screen and interview US based candidates
- Write proposals/candidate submissions for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences preferably in Engineering or Business
- Experience searching and screening technical resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in grammatically correct English
- Ability to independently make strategies to improve results
- Ability to work in EST zone shift, PK 6pm - 2am
