- Participate in the development and recommendation of operating policy and procedural improvements for all HR systems.
- Determine job descriptions, job evaluation, and job analysis to balance, organizational strength.
- Assist in gauging internal environment, satisfaction level, weak
areas, and draw up plans and strategies to bridge up weak
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintenance of Personal Files, Attendance, Leave Record,
- Group life insurance Leavers/Joiners report and other HR
- Loans/Gratuity approval & Clearance and Flow Charts
