Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for working on performance management system & annual increments.
- Assist Sr.HR Executives in system implementation.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, Job ads posting and interviews scheduling.
- Perform recruitment and orientation functions and execute the related documentation.
- Maintain Employee Database
- Deal with employee clearance and resignations
- Perform all other tasts assigned by Sr. HR excutives
Required Skills
- Should be proficient in MS Excel
- Should have knowledge of basic HR procedures and practices
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
- KNowledge of SAP will be a plus
Required Education
- BBA (Hons.) or MBA in Human Resource managment
- BS or MS in Human resources.
