Key Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working on performance management system & annual increments.
  • Assist Sr.HR Executives in system implementation.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, Job ads posting and interviews scheduling.
  • Perform recruitment and orientation functions and execute the related documentation.
  • Maintain Employee Database
  • Deal with employee clearance and resignations
  • Perform all other tasts assigned by Sr. HR excutives

Required Skills

  • Should be proficient in MS Excel
  • Should have knowledge of basic HR procedures and practices
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
  • KNowledge of SAP will be a plus

Required Education

  • BBA (Hons.) or MBA in Human Resource managment
  • BS or MS in Human resources.
