GenITeam is looking for an HR Executive to join our team. You will be part of a very dynamic team of HR supporting Tech teams while maintaining and improving our engaging and inclusive culture.
Who we are:

- This Position includes onboarding, developing high-performing team members, mitigating employee relations matters, driving employee engagement, and coordinate in training and development programs to ensure executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be an operational expert of the departments you support.
- You will ensure sound, consistent processes, procedures and initiatives.
- You will provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- You will build strong partnerships with employees at all levels.
Qualification:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and customer service mindset.
- Minimum of 1-3 year(s) experience, preferably in IT company.
- Demonstrated understanding of HRBP practices including organization design, talent strategy, performance management, change management.
- Knowledge of compensation and rewards a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; an articulate and persuasive communicator including strong presentation skills; some analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area preferred.
