ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in managerial/lead role.
- Proven experience with managing front-end sales team with sales targets/KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in managing customer walk-in centre from a prestigious organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BBA/MBA from a reputed university
SKILLS:
- Customer oriented and results focused
- Excellent communication skills (English/Urdu and another international languuage would be preferred.)
