Salary: PKR 25,000 - 30,000 (Based on Experience and Performance)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, including order confirmation, follow-up, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. This role requires excellent communication skills in Urdu, a strong ability to persuade customers, and a focus on minimizing order cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Confirmation: Contact customers to confirm their orders and verify details.
  • Follow-up: Track orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Customer Retention: Convince customers not to cancel their orders by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional tone during all interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order statuses, and any issues resolved.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Urdu, both spoken and written.
  • Communication Skills: Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Reliability: A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Performance-driven: Must be able to meet targets and deadlines.
