1. Manage operational activities:a. Order bookingsb. Manage orders with rider / courier companiesc. Selective order confirmations over phoned. Coordinate delivery status between suppliers and customerse. Coordinate inventory between our retail outlets & officef. Maintain physical inventory against online stocks2. Manage online store websites & social activity:a. Manage Products on websiteb. Maintain inventory on websitec. Maintain products / basic SEOd. Keep facebook & instagram pages active (respond to FB messages / price enquiries)3. Reporting:a. Identify fast selling products & new inventory requisitionsb. Monthly stock taking
