GFS Builders and Developers seeks a dedicated Recovery Officer to join our team. The Recovery Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relations and ensuring the timely recovery of dues. The Recovery Officer supports the companys financial goals by tracking payments, negotiating with clients where necessary, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 10 members to ensure efficient recovery operations.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track payments, interactions, and recovery progress.
- Identify and resolve conflicts with customers by applying conflict resolution techniques.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and process recovery actions promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of recovery efforts, payment commitments, and client communications.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company policies to facilitate dues recovery.
- Provide timely reports to management on recovery status and team performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines throughout the recovery process.
- Train and support team members to enhance skills related to customer interaction and recovery methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry practices and real estate trends to improve recovery strategies.
- Handle escalated cases requiring specialized intervention or attention.
