For our Real Estate Project we require services of a Recovery Officer who shall be responsible for tracking the milestone payments of customer to ensure customers do no default in their payments and also ensure the recovery of outstanding or over-due payments from customers.
Her major job responsibilities will include:
- Making daily calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
- Sending project development updates to customers and responding to customers queries.
- Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers.
- Close co-ordination with Account Receivable staff and ensuring booking of amounts received and receivable.
- Maintain daily log of phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and email.
- Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with Account Receivable
