Job Description

  • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and welcoming the CEO’s guests.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates both internally and externally.
  • Drafts reports, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with prospects.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Liaising with Govt. Departments.
