• Maintain the CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, and conferences,
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangement and assist in Visa processing and also submits documentation for review in coordination with admin team, 
  • Handle telephone answering, responding to queries, and welcoming CEO's guests,
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO, employees, and other external partners,
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner,
  • Answer and route phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and may handle wide-range information dissemination (if needed),
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
