Gharo Solar (Private) Limited is developing a 50 MWp solar PV power plant near Gharo, District Thatta, Sindh as an Independent Power Producer.
HR officer shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing HR related tasks of the company.
- Implementing the Company's HR policy
- Auditing the contractor's and Sub-contractors HR matters according to IFC performance standards.
- Preparing the HR audit reports and submitting to Manager E & S on monthly basis
- Conducting the Gap Analysis of Contractor's and their sub-contractors HR policies.
- Varifying that comapnies are in compliance with applicable national and international standards for labor and working hours.
- The employee will be willing to stay on site during the construction phase of the project.
