The Incumbent should:
- Preferably from Ichra, Lahore or nearby areas (in order to save time and cost in commuting).
- Be able to attend the academy from 4 45 PM till 8 45 PM.
- Have adequate grip on the current BISE Lahore syllabus of Mathematics and Physics (9th, 10th, 11th & 12th Grade).
- Be able to take regular Lectures in the class.
- Be able to create a Weekly Teaching Plan in light of the syllabus provided.
- Be able to conduct the regular home work.
- Be able to create a learning plan and implement that plan by taking regular tests.
- Be able to conduct and check the tests related to the subject.
- Be able to maintain discipline in the class.
- Be able to stay with the institution atleast till the end of this academic year
