Job Description:



  • Respond to the Emails regarding products and services.

  • Reply to customers queries/complaints through emails.

  • Coordinate with different departments for all queries and feedbacks.

  • Convince the customers while portraying the positive image of the company. 

  • Candidate should at least have a 1-year of experience in rendering live-chat support services to international clients based especially in the US, Europe, or Canada.

  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
