Project Specialist – Based in Lahore
- The project management specialist ensure the delivery of the projects within timelines and as per employers requirements.
- The Project Management Specialist is responsible to ensure implementation of procurement process.
- The incumbent is responsible to arrange and facilitate project management trainings for key staff.
- The Program Management Specialist will identify, develop, and manage activities in the area of procurement and project costing.
- The incumbent is responsible for managing specific challenges, programmatic gaps and ensure activities timelines.
- The incumbent is responsible for attending meetings and represent her in different meetings with consultants and clients
- Incumbent will be responsible to compilation of progress data, monitoring reports and will take follow up with key stakeholders.
- Coordination and liaison with employer's representative, implementation partners, technical department, vendors and consultants.
- Developments of SOP's for better execution of the projects.
- Preparation of various management reports.
