We are looking for young energetic Admin Officer for our office located in Karachi and Port Qasim location.
The ideal candidate should be having a prior experience in Administrition with a Bachelors degree.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Office and building maintenance, Security matter, operational issues, Employee, Arrange traveling, Boarding and lodging arrangement for official visits for outstation, and managing all Administrative issue for smooth operation. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all kind of vehicles assigned to departments heads & Executives. End to end maintenance of vehicles program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance.
Moreover, looking after the house keeping staff, Peons and clerical staff.
