A Faisalabad based company is looking for experienced “Ticketing/Reservation Officer”. The ideal candidate should possess the followings;
- Making and confirming bookings, often via Software System (computerized central reservation system).
- Issuing tickets or relevant documents.
- Providing up to date information on travel regulations including visa, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change.
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Any relevant degree or certification shall be a plus point.
