A leading group of industries engaged in production of food items, is looking for "CO2 Plant Manager".

The ideal candidate should provide supervision of labor and daily management of the liquid CO2 production operation. Insure that all operational personal are properly trained. Implement and track all Safety policies and procedures and assures that these processes are understood and preformed correctly.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Supervise the safe start-up, shutdown, and efficient operation of the liquid CO2 plant at all times.

·       Communicate operational status on a continual basis to the Plant and Distribution Manager.

·       Lead, train, and discipline production staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

·       Directly responsible for the execution of the safety policy as it pertains to their facility.

·       Participate in the safety program.

·       Tracks supply inventories to ensure that proper materials are on-hand for production and maintenance needs.

·       Know and comply with all safety and quality policies and procedures.

·       Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a preventive maintenance system.

·       Perform equipment inspections to ensure proper operation and safety.

·       Identifies and facilitates the correction of all safety hazards and quality deficiencies.

·       Perform assigned repairs and installations on all plant production equipment.
