This position requires the ability to manage and securely maintain Purchase documents
Purchase Orders,Utilizing Mail Merge to personalize outgoing communication to customers.
Preparation of demand for pay order
File review application for consignments
Proper checks on in process custom documents
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Maintain and manage the Master Control document system
Submitting documents for review and approval.
Product Documentation
Experience in document formatting.
