A leading group of Industries Madina Sugar Mill is looking for experienced and professional “Export Manager”. The ideal candidate should possess the followings:
- Responsible for the export of goods in compliance with the company policy and procedures.
- Monitor all financial processes and transactions.
- Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
- May required negotiating with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors.
- Design and implement export strategies and ensure their adherence.
- Responsible for scheduling efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method.
- Coordinate with management and plan participation in trade shows.
- Evaluate reports submitted by sales staff and recommend appropriate changes if required.
- Maintain operational records to prepare all project sales.
- Monitor existing and prospective markets to identify appropriate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with agents, clients and assist in shipment of desired product.
- Prepare effective business plan for products to achieve required sale/profit.
- Monitor sales transactions and review customer response for orders and payments.
- Understanding Client Unique Requirements.
- Continuous follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
- Minimum 4-5 years as Export Marketing & Sales Experience in Food Industry is a plus point.
- Well connected with buying houses, shipping lines, clearing forwarding Agents.
