A leading news Channel "92 News" is looking for young, energetic and experienced candidates to work over the position of "HR Executive".
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Overseeing the HR processes and administering and monitoring HR working as under and assisting the Manager HR.
- Responsible for employees Filing as necessary, following all HR processes and procedure.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
- Continually educate employees on company policies.
- Administer or change benefits, health plans etc.
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts.
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
- Understand and adhere to all applicable labor laws.
