Job Description

  • Assisting and supporting Management to undertake all tasks efficiently and effectively, as and when required
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and timesheet management 
  • Inbound telephone call management and priorities meeting timetables 
  • Dealing with incoming email, post, and corresponding on behalf of the Management wherever possible
  • Proactively managing files and draft letters to ensure they are complete
  • Providing assistance to Management when necessary 
  • Organizing events and client meetings 
  • Providing assistance with tasks/queries within the firm
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems
