- A leading group of industries is looking for "Purchaser" preferable a Experienced Candidate.
- The ideal candidate should be having a prior experience in Retail with large firms/industries.
Basic Functions:
- Reviewing purchase orders and coordinate with concerned department.
- Purchasing material.
- Coordination with clients (Internal & External).
- Review reports for stock.
- Monitor price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
- Job related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
- Visit vendors and supplier for purchases, item return, or replace or repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare purchase orders and handle purchase stock,
- Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.
- Good knowledge of local markets.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Produce and maintain all reports.
- Sourcing and Purhasing.
- Maintain complete up to date photo copy purchasing records/data of prices, quotations, bills and invoices.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers for cash purchases.
- Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare comparative analysis of quotations and report to management.
