• Develop and implement the social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging as well as identifying the audience
• Supervise the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand
• Stay up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms
• Develop reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the various platforms
• Follow up on the social media for customer comments both positive and negative
• Evaluate social media insights to guide future social media campaigns
• Make sure approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium
• Always look for social media for off-diary stories and content
• Collaborate with the product team to increase impact on their campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns
Job Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Media Broadcasting or its equivalent
• At least 1 or more years of experience in the same or similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of content management systems
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, search engine optimization as well as how social media impacts this
• Should be able to work well under deadline pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a results driven individual
• Strong IT skills required
