A leading group of Industries "Kisan Food and Products" is looking for energectic, experienced proffessional to join as an "Zonal Sales Manager".
The ideal candidate should possess the followings;
- Actively involve in sales planning and target achievements.
- Identifications of market gaps.
- Improve sales performance in existing dealer’s base by achieving and expanding sale targets.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by generating sales orders from dealers/distributors in given area.
- Develop competencies of sales staff.
- Must be able to manage distributor and dealer network.
- Effectively handle matters related to market.
- Pay regular visits to the market, timely resolve their problems.
- Identify, evaluate and refer new sub-dealers in the given area.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Maintain excellent work relationship with existing dealers in designated region.
- Initiate and manage the local marketing activities in the zone for promoting brand.
