This is a senior management position reporting to Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, leading a team of brand, product, sales, behavioral change communications and corporate communications. He shall closely work with CEO in reshaping the corporate image of GleeTech and will explore new business opportunities, plan and develop creative and innovative marketing, sales and communications plans/strategies to take off the company business while ensuring accomplishment of strategic objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure development and implementation of long and short-term business and marketing plans for the company and major products of the company to meet share, volume and donor deliverables.
· Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Design, build and maintain our social media presence
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
· Seeks to improve GleeTech image among all stakeholders.
· Recruits, trains and motivates a team of marketing/sales and product managers to manage an effective marketing unit.
· Evaluates and recommends product pricing and advertising strategies.
· Study existing systems, procedures and staffing and make recommendations for improvements.
· Monitor and control implementation of sales and marketing plans.
· Mobilize the communications team to execute strategies with efficiency and flexibility, measuring results and adjusting the plan to reach aggressive goals quickly.
· Continue to develop and strengthen brand awareness, relevance, reputation and esteem among target audiences.
· Ensure that the brand is strong and consistent in every marketing tactic.
· Build awareness so that organization is seen as a leader in field.
