Call answering by playing rebuttals, in response to international customers.
Converting the lead into a healthy transfer of sale to our closer team.
• Good command on Listening English
• Prior experience in same capacity
• Can-do attitude &, proactive approach
• Young & energetic
• Shift timings: 3rd. Shift 7 PM to 5 AM.
• 5 Days a week
