We are an International based Inbound Call Center, looking to hire candidates for the position of CSR for one of our International based clients mainly covering the USA market.
Attractive Fixed Salary (No Targets!! No Commissions!!)
For the first 3 months (Probationary Period) 60K
After Successful Probationary Period Increment of 20K will be given in Basic and the total would be 80k.
After 9 Months of employment with us, again 20K increment in Salary and total would be 100k.
As Sn.CSR agent you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering Calls. Provides assistance to current customers.
- Answers queries regarding current product promotion.
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with customers.
- Demonstrating excellent oral communication skills.
- Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English with fluent accent.
- Candidate should be able to work as a team member.
- MALE candidates are only encouraged to apply.
- Hiring only for night shift USA time zone.
- 5 days working, with alternate Saturday's on.
