Global Visa Agent is a UK-based visa consultancy company. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual for the Customer Support Representative (CSR) position at our Islamabad office with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the English language and computer basics.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum F.A / F.Sc (Fresh Graduates are preferred)
- Should have know-how about Handling customers via inbound calls.
- Evaluate the problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them.
- Complete call logs and reports
- Manage & update customer databases
- Follow-up on customer calls
Preferred locations: Islamabad and Rawalpindi
Timing: 9-5 UK Time
Job Type: Full-time
