Inbound Call Center Agent/Booking & Dispatch Agent
As a Bookings & Dispatch Agent working for our GCPS clients namely “A3 Cars Ltd (UK Based)"
You will be working for a Corporate Transport Company based in the UK. Similar to taxi company but specialising in Corporate Business Transport and Airport Transfers.
Full-time Position x 6
Main Duties
· To process bookings over phone, email or online and input data accurately into Cordic System
· To respond to client enquiries promptly and in a professional manner
· To liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of the company
· To dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to company procedure
· To be punctual, reliable and responsible as per shift requirements
· To be organized, plan and execute your daily tasks as required per company/client policy
Full time applicants only. Full Training given. Call Center experience prefered but not essential. A good attitude to work, enthusiasm and energetic people required. Can offer an attractive package to the right candidates.
