We at 'Global Citizenship Solution', an immigration services provider, are looking for services of "CSR / Customer Service Representative"

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Answer calls / queries by potential clients throgh answering services related questions; suggesting about other products and services.
  • Recommends potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Making appointments with clients.
  • Followup / Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves queris by clarifying the customer's concerns
  • Determining the type of concern / cause and expediting correct / the best solution to solve the problem
  • Maintains  accounts by regular customer follow ups.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort.
