  • Repair mobile phones, tablets, mobile broad band (MBB) devices within the timeline of the defined process. 
  • Ensure the highest repair quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the front desk team to resolve the customer complaints.
  • Keeping update with all technical documentation, Service Manuals and Bulletins to perform the repairs accurately.
