Global Design is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage a small team of two persons and collaborate closely to deliver compelling visual content that aligns with client expectations and enhances brand presence. This role demands proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of visual communication principles to produce high-quality graphics across multiple platforms.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative ideas that support branding efforts and marketing campaigns. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage projects from inception through completion while guiding team members effectively. Attention to detail, originality, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential to thrive in this role at Global Design.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of two designers to develop visually engaging graphics and branding materials.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Create original artwork, typography, and layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Creative Suite tools.
- Develop logos, branding identities, and marketing collateral that align with client visions and company standards.
- Ensure consistency of design across various media, including print, digital platforms, and advertising materials.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on team members design work to enhance quality and creativity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and techniques to continuously improve design output.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and other third parties to ensure high-quality production of design assets.
