Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes
- Data comparison
- Timely distribution of the latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from the distribution
- Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
- Creating and processing Engineering Change Orders
- Creating and maintaining engineering documentation
- Supporting design engineers in creating and modifying bills of materials
- Manages the product change process
Requirements / Preferred but not limited to:
- 3+ years of experience with MRP systems; mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in documentation control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding in the areas of Bill of Material release and Engineering Changes within a manufacturing process environment
- Ability to solve practical problems and prioritize workload for effective implementation under minimal supervision
- Team player able to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Experience with manufacturing documentation (BOM, Forms, Procedures) and Quality System
Education: BS(IT), BBA.
Location: Lahore
Shift: Night
Job Timings: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (MON-FRI)
