Global Exec. Solutions (GES) is a boutique search & selection firm specializing in healthcare clinical recruitment in the UK & the Middle-east. Headquartered in our central London office in Mayfair, the business is now expanding and looking to set up a new regional office in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsible for the complete recruitment process, provide assistance to the Manager & Employee Engagement in succession planning activity,
Schedule and conduct interviews of the shortlisted candidates, negotiate salary packages, provide feedback and updates to all concerned stakeholders
- Coordinate and arrange meetings with recruitments companies.
- Conduct and document exit interview of severing employee
