  • You must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures of customer services.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision and pressure to respond to inquiries within a certain time frame.
  • Primary job functions require exercising exquisite judgment and affective bilateral communication within the organization
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job functions

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Provide support services to clients and international team members
  • Prepare daily log of all inquiries handled and submit a weekly report to update management on progress
  • Answer and manage all incoming calls
  • Open and reply to all emails and messages from customers with satisfactory responses
  • Pass potential leads on to management
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve efficient results
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with our Stakeholders
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Compile reports on overall customer success
  • Follow protocols and procedures and always maintain a great continued relationship with all customers

Requirements

  • Excellent English language both written and oral
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Second Shift (Afternoon)
  • Offer: 30,000 - 70,000 PKR
