We are USA based firm, seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Support Executive to help us build up our business activities and to assist our customers when enquiring about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders /Job Order
- Prepare certificates, service orders & customer invoices
- Making Purchases and purchase orders
- Handling Customer Posts & Pre Sales Issues.
- Maintain a stock list and other checklists on day to day basis.
- Follow up with clients & vendors on quotations & other queries
- Coordination with customers written & verbal both
Requirements
- Proficient in MS office (outlook, excel and word) - No exception on this requirement
- English comprehension, speaking & writing skills
- Leadership & Accountability
- Very well-organized and reliable
- Excellent Problem Solving skills
- The ability to persuade, a professional with a patient and friendly personality.
- Minimum work experience 1-2 Years
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Working hours: 11 am to 8 pm
