Sales Coordinator - GLOBAL MARINE SAFETY SERVICES INC.
A USA based firm currently has an open position for Sales Coordinator and seeking talented individuals with energy and self-initiative.
Duties Include:
• Prepare quotations and process orders
• Assist with scheduling & send gate list to agents
• Respond to customer's email (quotes, orders and other inquiries)
• Prepare certificates, service orders.
• Purchasing
• Create shipping labels
• Maintain a stock list, monthly maintenance, and another checklist
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS office (outlook, excel, and word) - no exception to this requirement.
• Advance English comprehension, speaking and writing skills - no exception to this requirement.
• Bachelor degree
