Global Marketing and Developers is a leading real estate company that is currently seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Consultants to join our team
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and marketing properties to potential clients. You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Promote and market properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Work on leads given by Marketing Team
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant information about the properties
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market trends and update clients on market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant is a plus, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
