- To follow Product complaints regarding leakage, breakage & technical issues from branches and pursue through Q.A Department with 3rd Part manufacturers of products on monthly basis.
- To prepare and forward courier claims of breakage/ lost/ leakage to concerned outsourced logistics services companies.
- To monitor in-transit & inter branch transfer of stock with logistics Company for timely delivery on daily basis.
- To follow real time monitoring, delivery of cold chain products with concerned logistic company.
- RIR department will prepare stock value reconciliation statement, then forward to Logistic dept for proper vetting.
- Forwarding of credit notes to account department at H.O for all stock recall/ expired/ inter branch transfer received from branches.
- To verify all the courier/ logistics company invoices from the record available and up rise account department.
- To prepare CWH Stocks Report with in/out breakup on monthly bases and forward to accounts & finance departments.
- Providing invoices along with courier slips for applying Quota drugs to regulatory department.
- Posting Output Note (OPN), Goods Receiving Note (GRN), Sales Order, Purchase orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices, Credit notes, Goods Issue, Goods Receipts in SAP inventory management related to FGS, RMS & PMS.
