- Candidate will be responsible for planning the weekly allocation of stock.
- He will be responsible for near expiry stock in depot & central warehouse.
- Near expiry should be intimated to CEO Six month before via hard copy & soft copy will be sent to different HOD's.
- Posting of OPN and GRN received on daily basis.
- Goods Issuance of Donations on monthly basis ( 07th of every month subject to availability of stock)
- Every matter related to inventory your responsibility to mentor and go through it.
- Daily basis every report of inventory must be shared and discuss to your reporting manager.
- Every document of Inventory & Sales must be checked by you.
- Responsible to coordinate with sales & marketing with various institutional demands and supply issues.
- Responsible for dispatches of finished goods, samples packs & promotional items through courier services.
