- Able to coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure supply (end to end) on agreed lead time.
- Finished Goods and materials planning at optimum inventory levels.
- Documents control and record keeping.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Implementing MRP Vision/Global, UAT (user acceptance test) by coordinated with IT/audit/purchase department.
- Process all the 3rd party; Export and institution production demands for production after fulfill the required documentation.
- Production Monitoring tracking and the timely availability of 3rd party, Export and Institutional orders.
- Cross check stores monthly working of Manufacturing Order/Finished Order against 3rd Party, Export and Institutional Orders.
- Update 3rd party, Export and Institutional departments about the production status on weekly basis.
- Monitoring 3rd party, Export and institution production plan on daily basis.
- Answerable to communicate the 3rd party/ Export/ Institution about any issue hampering the Master Production Schedule.
- Proficient in SAP & MS Office.
