Job Description:
- Monitoring tracking and the timely availability of Export, 3rd Party and Institutional Orders.
- Generating the Production Instruction Order for Export, 3rd Party and Institutional Orders.
- IOMs generation for Production if there is any change in MPS.
- Process all the production demands to factory for production after fulfilling the document requirements and Verification from Regulatory.
- Follow production for On-Time Delivery of Stocks to avoid losses.
- Update institution and exports departments about the production status of products and Maintaining the SO Plan in SAP.
- Coordination with 3rd party about the production plan of 3rd Party orders.
- Raw Materials Transfer from Global to Vision, Reliance, Global Labs and vice-versa.
- Analysis of Current Stock and Sharing of FGS near Expiry Report with all Stake Holders.
- Daily Updating the Inventory Movement Report.
- Stocks transfer from Global to Vision and Vice-Versa.
- Sharing MPS with Production after getting Verification from Regulatory.
- PR Generation for Finished Goods Stocks Inwards at Vision.
- Intimating Production and Logistics for any Redressing Stocks and Following Production.
