Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
• Schedule meetings and appointments including; emails and phone calls
• Arrange reservations, and making travel arrangements as needed
• Maintain department calendar and ensure to meet deadlines
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Must Have:
• Proven experience as Coordinator or similar administrative role.
• Degree in business administration or relevant field.
• In depth knowledge of office management as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent English, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
