• Initiate the process of recruitment & selection i.e screening, shortlisting, maintaining CV bank.
  • Conduct interview as per required specification of position.
  • Conduct orientation & socialization process of new employee.
  • Maintain all master data of all employees in software & update accordingly.
  • Prepare & Issue all type of personnel letters on monthly basis i.e appointment letters, transfer, confirmation, re-designation & promotion etc.
  • Monthly report of all new hiring’s, resignation’s via software & present it to concerned department.
  • Maintain all master record of employees in terms of files & their locations.
  • Process the final settlement of separating employees as per company policy in due time frame.
  • Make sure all the tasks accomplishment in due deadlines in order to avoid delays & hurdles in ongoing operations.
  • Maintain the master data of Health insurance process and update it on monthly basis & coordinate with insurance company and employees as per requirement.
  • Prepare & review Human Resource Planning of all departments of company on yearly basis for smooth budgeting.
  • Prepare and review all departmental increment sheets on yearly basis & compensation of employees as per their role & position.
  • Initiate & process the Performance Management process in terms of appraisals & review the data in order to compensate employee on the basis of their performance on yearly basis.
  • Maintain all employees Job descriptions in terms of master data & update it accordingly.
  • Lead as corporate team member.
  • Other Administrative task i.e mail handling, queries correspondence, employees follow up, Conflict resolution, email follow up & coordinate with all departments.
