- Dealing with branch employees to resolve daily ERP operational matters.
- Training and guidance to the branch employees about ERP features and functionalities.
- Bridge the ERP vendor technical resources and branches to manage the operational issues resolution and reports development.
- ERP Customers and Products Master data definition and maintenance in coordination with all branches.
- ERP Products batches and price lists maintenance as per approved changes.
- ERP Bonus and Discount policies application at different layer as per direction from management.
- Reports formats designing and discussion with operational resources before handover to technical resources.
- Test the reports, verify the data and controls developed by the technical resources before live deployments.
- BI dashboards designing, testing, data extraction, data transformation and data loading for higher management reporting
- Oracle cloud server virtual machines and Microsoft Azure admin portal administration and backups as per IT policies.
- Maintain the Oracle cloud server connectivity at the branches, resolve networking and other hardware matters.
- Liaison with internal audit department to investigate the scenarios and recommend solutions.
- Share functional work load of any special assignment delegated by the higher management.
